How to repair emulator for air damper of the intake manifold?Since interest was huge, we have decided to develop emulators for air damper of the intake manifold. Emulators are working by PLUG & PLAY way, which means that installation could be made by anyone, since you don’t need special equipment, enough is only TORX screwdriver nr. 30 for mounting and installing!

It’s recommended that after assembling you visit a mechanic, that he can erase any errors in car electronics (if they occur) with diagnostics device. Any tester could be used, it must support EOBD protocol (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/On-board_diagnostics), and estimated assembly time is only 15 minutes!

Vehicles, where fault could be found, are ALL vehicles from VAG Group (Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Skoda), which have engines 2.7 TDI and 3.0 TDI installed, from make year 2004 to 2011. At the same time errors could be also found on Mercedes vehicles – especially on those who have 320 CDI engine installed in.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Since in case of one of the following errors, car electronics stops any further DPF system regeneration, if car continues to be driven, the system could get clogged to the point, that car becomes non driveable. Therefore this error MUST be removed!
